Biography

Ketevan Kalandadze is a modern Georgian artist.

Ketevan was born inTbilisi. In the early 90’s, she studied at Toidze Art School. In 1998, she graduated from Tbilisi Academy of Fine Arts, where she studied at the Faculty of Monumental Painting. In 2000, Ketevan became a member of the Artists’ Union of Georgia.

The first solo exhibition of her works was held in 1994, early in her studying at Tbilisi Academy of Fine Arts.

Ketevan’s works are kept in private collections in Germany, Israel, Britain, Holland, Russia and the United States.

Reviews of the Ketevan’s works are published in such magazines as Free Georgia (Tavisupali Sakartvelo), Evening Tbilisi (Sagamos Tbilisi), Arguments and Facts (Argumenty i Fakty), and Akhaly Epoch (Akhaly Epokha).
